About Fresh Wellness

A little over ten years ago, Fresh Wellness opened its doors for the first time at the luxurious 5-star Cellars-Hohenort Hotel in Constantia. Soon after that the second Fresh Wellness opened at The Plettenberg Hotel in Plettenberg Bay. In 2022 Fresh Wellness branched out to Hermanus and opened at the Auberge Burgundy Hotel in Hermanus.

Nestled away at the foot of Table Mountain, situated on a rocky headland in one of South-Africa’s most spectacular beach towns or drinking in the crisp champagne air where the whale song can be heard, at Fresh Wellness guests can ‘breathe in new life’.
