Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • All FW Spa vouchers will be valid for 3 years starting from the day of purchase
  • All FW Spa vouchers purchased are open vouchers with a monetary value. The value of the voucher is determined upon purchase and this amount will determine the prevailing value of the voucher
  • FW Spa Vouchers can only be used to redeem Spa Treatments with and can’t be used for Product purchases
  • FW Spa Vouchers can’t be purchased for Spa Treatments as this will change over the 3 year period that the voucher is valid for. Therefore, the voucher value will be determined in ZAR
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the FW Spa Gift Voucher, a credit will be given to use should the voucher redemption fall within the 3 year validity period
  • FW Spa Vouchers are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
